Cinematic Arts is arguably the most visible division of University Union. Cinematic Arts programs the movies shown at the Tate Theater and screens sneak previews of upcoming films. CA does the majority of its work in three distinct committees: Weekend, scheduling new films; Weekday, scheduling older movies; and Midnight, programming cult classics. Other committees, such as Special Events, bring speakers and coordinate intriguing film-related projects, such as film-festivals.
