U-Card Official Guidelines

Effective February 13th - February 17th, 2012

Eligibility

All students that pay Student Activity Fees for the University of Georgia (Athens) campus are eligible to participate. U-Cards will be distributed on February 13th and February 14th. U-Cards are distributed on a first-come, first served basis.

How to Participate

  1. Obtain a U-Card. U-Cards will be distributed on February 13 and February 14, during the scheduled Week of Soul events.
  2. Get the U-Card punched. It is your responsibility to locate a University Union Board of Governors Member to hole-punch the cards. They will be seated at the Union Promotions table during each event.
  3. Submit the U-Card. After attending FOUR (4) of the five (5) Week of Soul events, please submit your completed U-Card to the Center for Student Organizations (Tate Student Center). Winners will be selected by a random drawing. There will be a U-Card box located at room 102B for completed cards.

Prizes

To be considered for U card prizes, all U-Cards must be submitted no later than February 24, 2012 completely filled out. U-Cards are considered complete if you have 4 official hole-punches, your name, and email address. Three winners will be selected and contacted no later than March 2, 2012. Prizes may include Union prize packs, Tate Theater movie tickets, and a VIP Meet & Greet with Spring Artists!!

The U-Card is a University Union sponsored promotion. Failing to submit your completed U-Card by February 24, 2012 will deem you disqualified. Using multiple U-Cards is also prohibited. University Union reserves the right to add further information at any time.
